Remember the president who couldn't walk and chew gum at the same time? The current office-holder, it seems, can't pedal, wave, and speak at the same time. News from Scotland yesterday details what happened last July when the president (who is also famous for falling off his couch, his mountain bike, and his Segway) fell off his bike. The police officer he struck was out of work for fourteen weeks.
